You retain ownership of any data you upload or input into Siggnals ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited licence to process your Customer Data solely to provide and improve the services. We will not use your Customer Data for any other purpose without your consent.
All content, features, and functionality on the Siggnals platform — including software, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and designs — are the exclusive property of Muraad Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our prior written consent.
Siggnals may integrate with third-party services such as CRM platforms, marketing tools, and data providers. Your use of such integrations is subject to the third party's own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
The Siggnals platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
Lead intelligence outputs are derived from AI models and publicly available data. They should be used as decision-support tools, not as definitive representations of fact.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vriksha AI technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Siggnals in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Muraad Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@vriksha.ai. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Before initiating legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve disputes amicably.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
